Vinyl silicone fluids
The COSILV series of vinyl silicone fluids are vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes whose vinyl content decreases with increasing viscosity. To achieve different hardnesses, vinyl polymers can be used as base polymers or additives. These polymers are vulcanized with hydrogen silicone curing agents and platinum catalysts.

It has physiological inertness, good chemical stability, electrical edge resistance and weather resistance, a wide viscosity range, a low freezing point, a high flash point, good hydrophobicity and strong shear resistance. It can be used at temperatures of 50~180oC and is widely used as insulation, lubrication, shock absorption, dust-proof oil, dielectric liquid and heat carrier, and as an additive for foams, paint strippers, paints and daily cosmetics.
1. Used in the preparation of painting pigments and paints to prevent pigments and paints from wrinkling and improve brightness.
2 Used in the cosmetics industry, it is used for the formulation of cosmetics such as skin creams, shower gels, and shampoos, and has excellent softness and smoothness.
3 Used as defoamers, lubricants, weather-resistant coatings, etc. in the pharm, food, chemical, paint, and building materials industries.
4 Used as softeners, waterproofing agents, feel improvers, sewing thread lubrication, chemical fiber spinneret pressure lubrication, and clothing lining additives.
