Application
1). Flavor Enhancement: HVP is widely used as a flavor enhancer in a variety of processed foods. It can provide a rich, savory umami flavor, enhancing the overall taste of products such as soups, sauces, seasonings, and instant noodles, making them more palatable and appetizing.

Storage
1). Temperature: HVP should be stored at a cool and dry place, ideally at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C. High temperatures can cause protein denaturation and affect its quality and functionality, while low temperatures may lead to crystallization or precipitation.
2). Humidity: The storage environment should have a relative humidity of less than 60%. Excessive humidity can cause the product to absorb moisture, resulting in clumping, mold growth, and a decrease in shelf life.
3). Light: It should be stored away from direct sunlight and strong light sources, as light can cause photochemical reactions, which may lead to changes in the color, odor, and nutritional value of HVP.
4). Packaging: HVP should be stored in airtight packaging to prevent contact with air, which can cause oxidation and deterioration. After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible, and if there is any remaining, it should be tightly sealed and stored in a refrigerator.
