Production Usage:
Tomato paste brix: 36/38% is the most popular product in tomato paste. It can produce tomato paste in tin packing, sachet
packing, ketchup, canned fish, tomato juice etc.
Loading Package:
Tomato paste has two different packages: 220L aseptic bag in iron drums, (245kg) and 1000L aseptic bag in wooden bins
(1300kg).

In the Hot Break process, tomatoes are heated during the breaking and separation process. This heating can help to coagulate the pectin and proteins in the tomatoes, which can result in a thicker, more viscous paste.
