Disodium cocoamphodiacetate is a kind of amphoteric surfactant, which is mild, efficient and versatile. It is synthesized from coconut oil fatty acids (the main components are lauric acid, myristate acid, etc.) and amphoteric diacetic acid (an amphoteric compound) through chemical reaction, and combined with sodium ions.
