Zinc Barium White, also known as Lithopone, is a white powder that is insoluble in water. It consists of a mixture of zinc sulfide and barium sulfate and serves as an inorganic white pigment.     
This compound finds extensive application in various industries, including polyolefins, vinyl resins, ABS resins, polystyrene, polycarbonate, nylon, and polyformaldehyde plastics, as well as in paints and inks. Additionally, it is utilized for coloring rubber products, papermaking, varnished cloth, oilcloth, leather, watercolor pigments, paper coatings, and enamel. Furthermore, Zinc Barium White functions as a bonding agent in the production of electric beads.
